Review:
is a project that works against the trend that young humans are less interested in HIV than before. The site is youthfully designed with worn edges and a touch of industry, combined with black & white photography and angled boxes. The color changes on each section is accomplished by adding php capabilities to the CSS: styles.css.php?cat=start. The flash menu is well executed, and there is a xhtml alternative for users without flash installed. A solid, well coded and well designed site that departs from the classic 2-column blog template, but still complying with standards.

Although I didn't understand a word of the content, the design and images of this beautiful site speak for themselves.
Definitely a refreshing deviation from the blogs (not that I see anything particularly wrong with them...)
The colors on the home page is great, but I'm not too fond of the colors on the sub pages. But still a nice layout.
The design concept is nice. Still I would agree with Jacob that the colors on the sub pages are way too bright IMO. And as each category on the site is marked by a certain color, it probably would have been logical to reflect it in the menu.
its nice... a bit to muck for mee. not to mention the sound thar allmost gave me a heart attack...
The sound... And no obvious button to turn it off. I had to close almost all my tabs to find out from which this awful sound came. Did I mention, I hate this?
The concept is nice. I agree with the coloring.. after a few minutes its too much..
What I don't understand is the difference between the categories 'wissen' and 'start'. The content is the same, just reordered. This could have been solved better.
Anyways, an appealing site, especially for the target group. I'm glad that the organisation didn't choose to assign the project to some 'I can export that from word!' guy... I mean, look at their website: http://kassel.aidshilfe.de/ ;)
