Review:

I must admit I felt a little like a kid at Christmas, when viewing this sitefor the first time just before Christmas last year, getting a sneak peek at the project before it went live. In fact for several month's I was in absolute awe of this layout, so much so that are also very well done!

I have to admit I like the design very much, even if the content isn't at all appealing to me. The colors are all very strong but everything still remain very legible.

Now you just have to remove the double posting of this review. :)

Not too bad, I have to say. Great amount of eye candy and functionality. Great job!

Another great piece of creativity from 31three. I love the colors and the layout. However, i guess the typography could have been better.

A great review too. Thanks sg.

Wow, this is a great design! The attention to detail is quite fantastic, and the rich colour scheme works a treat. The heavy use of mouse-overs makes the site feel much more alive when interacted with. The code validates which is a nice plus, and whether intentional or not the logo is embedded into the main document - a method I'm beginning to believe makes more sense in document structuring.

My only suggestion would have been an improvement on the music player, which appears in popup windows. To me it would seem a great opportunity to utilise some nice Ajax techniques, though I imagine this may not have been a financially viable option from the designer's perspective. But it's a minor nothing that doesn't detract from an overall lovely site! :)

Overall the design is nice. Colors are well selected and the layout is well put together, however, there are a few issues that are more than likely from the company rather than 31three.

There is no navigation. It took me a while to figure out how to get anywhere and I am still a little confused as to what I'm looking at.

The logo is overdone. The three quarter circles has been used all over the place and is not original...again probably not 31three's fault.

Quicktime Music Player with a pop-up?

There is very little to do on the site. While the site is entertaining I would like to see some more features, such as a "Most Played" or "Most Popular" section of the site, however I can understand budgets and not having the time to do these things.

Most of these are minor issues and overall the site is very well done. 31three did an excellent job of getting this site to look great with minimal content...which can be harder than having a lot of content!

Thanks,

Set
