Review:

The Lee Jeans USA site is as powefully designed as you would expect from a brand of this caliber. Beautiful jeansy roughness combined with familiar elements from the 50's graphic design makes the site a pleasure to browse and puts the brand in focus. Web standards are being used with grace all over the site, combined with some flashy spices. This is a wonderful site with beautiful graphics and solid backend coding. Enjoy.

Not bad, but I really don't like the flash and the alternate window targets for the links. Almost every link I clicked on the home page opened a new browser window.

I'm not a big fan of flash, but I like this site. The retro colors and style are great. Even the loading image looks good. This design fits nicely on my monitor (1024x768) which I'm sure is no coincidence. I guess using flash makes it easier to predict how the site will look on people's monitors, since they can't fiddle with the window or text size.

I've been following the work Travis, a working at lookandfeel, for a long time. His personal sites, www.squidfingers.com/ and www.podlob.com, are a delite to view, and Lee Jeans is one of his best pieces.

As for the site itself, the colors and the graphics are so retroish, I wish I was living in the 50s! Great work once again.

Yeah, Kris is right, Lee Jeans is just the tip of the iceberg. Check out the lookandfeel website. Best use of flash I've seen. They are one of the few "flashers" who give any thought to what dialup people are looking at while the show is loading. Very thoughtful and user-oriented.

I have been a great fan of for a while now. He is an amazing designer, though I do not know of his involvement in this particular project, and is another of the designer/coding masters.Well done.

Yeah, Travis is probably the person that I think has mastered the hybrid developer the most, save maybe Zeldman. Know if only I knew his last name...

A truly beautiful design but as for web standards and css, it's not very accessible.

A beautiful site, indeed, but page titles such as "Lee Jeans / Product / Thumbnails" for a men's jeans page should be more like "Men's Jeans / Lee Jeans"
