Review:
I dont know when quark went standard, but I like it. Most pages seem to validate and the design is just great. Nice to see a javascript menu that also is accessible at top level. I also really like the floating layout. I would be nice to see a print stylesheet for a large site like this, and the fonts might be too small for some readers. All in all - a great website.
