I find my eyes not quite sure where to look with this design, the 'recent projects' section could be better integrated in my opinion, perhaps some borders? Also, the rotated " seems jarring. The site has plenty of original touches, but a little too busy for my liking.
The type is a tad messy with too many fonts, weights and sizes going on at once.

Thanks also for the feedback. It's always good to hear about first impressions. As with a lot of things on the web we view our site as work in progress. A chance to try things out and see if they work - or not!
Nice layout and colors. Good usage of the sidebar.
Though the home page seems a bit clogged to me ó I'd prefer a bit more white space. There seems to be too much text on it. Also probably due to italics in the headlines. There's a tiny incompleteness: Site Map section is empty, though being featured.
H3 subheads seem a bit too compressed. And quoted slogans in subsections, such as ìOur websites have the end-userís goals in mind.î in web design is completely unreadable.
