I find this site hard to read, rather repulsive, and probably the worst minimalist design I've seen in a while... In my eyes this site is oxymoronic.
I agree with Alex - that "critique page" was one of the most confused, ugly, hard to read and irritating things I have had to look at in a while. Let us not mention his overlofty style of writing which comes across as stilted rather than stylish. Oh! And he gets mad at Salon because of 5 things that don't validate and calls them a disgrace while simultaenously referring to them as a for-profit web-publisher. I find their idea of a day-pass brilliant. Maybe the author *does* need a smoke...
