No matter what they do, websites will always look awful on Windows machines.

I downloaded it yesterday too... It's beta, so this means it won't change that much, right?

Then I have a problem, 2 sites of mine, are screwed up (http://www.davyvandenbremt.be/ and http://www.soundfell.com/).

So I guess it sucks :) (or it should be my mistake)

Now the development process will be... design for standards... adjust for ie 6, adjust for ie 7...

I experienced it as really slow too. Anyone else with the same experience?

To me, the buttons (refresh, forward - backward..) look dead-ugly. I also experienced it as really slow. The address bar is on top now, and there seems to be no way to relocate it. But! One thing seems to be gone regarding to css: the "3 pixel" bug! Happy about that, but I will continue to use Firefox.

Uhhh - we might be in a lot of trouble with ie7. Looking at the screenshots that are posted of sites from people who really know their css and people who write css pretty good - look what ie7 is doing to some of them. This is going to be SHITTY.

Whatever enhancements they have made, it's never satisfying, especially with comparing with FireFox which is moving toward overwhelming IE completely.
