More IE 7 beta 2

Robert Nyman has done a test drive of the (and so should you). Here he outlines som of the good, the bad and the ugly experiences he had with it. Amongst other things, it looks like IE7 will continue to not support the min-width and min-height properties.

"Micro$oft" ?? Are we 10 years old?

Please leave that kind of stuff out of this website, it just makes you look immature.

Precicely what I was going to say, Kevin.

Microsoft, wether it looks like it or not, are trying hard with IE7. They were never going to get it perfectly right, but it's a good step in the right direction.

C'mon guys, don't nit-pick. Where is your sense of humour?

We are all in the same boat here, and I certanly hope that microSoft pushes IE7 in the right direction to become more standards compilant. However, the first tests shows us that it still has some of the same old flaws as previous versions, and that is definitely valuable information for every web designer working with real-world clients.

I would appreciate if you left personal comments about the editors speculated age or choice of words at your own blogs. Thanks!

When will people get that this is only a beta PREVIEW? You can't judge what IE 7 will have based on this!

The beta stage is probably the last stage before Final Candidate and retail (or Golden Master etc.). So I believe very few things will change before they release it.

So yes, I am pretty sure you can judge what IE 7 will have based on the beta.
