The venture capitalist's Web 2.0 list

Venture capitalists are going nutty over Web 2.0 companies, pouring $870 million into these companies during the first three months of the year, up from $786 million the quarter before, according to a new study by PricewaterhouseCoopers and the National Venture Capital Association.

I'd be curious to know 9rules' response to this. As far as I know they've never mentioned taking money from VCs before, which explains how a bunch of kids are running around driving new Infinitis without discernable jobs.

Anyway, skepticism aside I really would be interested to know from their perspective how this has helped and/or hindered them, and how they envision the future of 9rules in relation to receiving this money.
