Yeah, HP's not getting a cent from me after this announcement. I was actually considering a HP camera before I read this, but I don't want that "feature" on my camera.

I can see this backfire.. considering that it also "slims down" the background as well. I can't really see statues or buildings or trees shedding off those few pounds.
Not to mention I can see a whole new level of internet dating sites pictures... where the 350 pound woman suddenly appears to be 120lbs... until the first date. Where she coily says.. "You know cameras they shed 230 pounds"

Yeah Ed, if she slimmed herself down from 350lbs to 120lbs she would have to be 11ft tall.
I don't need that feature to make my fat ass skinnier ... that's what photoshop is for.
HP should improve their image qualities before adding new pointless effects. What wrong with being who you are ????

this is a great feature - i didnt buy an HP camera for this feature - but i have used it and its the real deal
