The theme for this year’s International Day of Disabled Persons (3 December 2006) is accessibility to information technologies, and the day will be referred to as E-Accessibility Day.

CAN is the NGO I have been associated with for 25 years. CAN observes a Yellow and Blue Colour Campaign to coincide with the International Day on 3rd Dec each year. this is an impotrant day for disabled people across the world - im excited - i have a neighbor who is disabled (visually impaired) and complains about the trouble he has online - accessibility is important
