Accessibility should be thought of in the web world - just like in the real world. A simple tool like a hand railing in a hallway. If you didn't have it, you probably wouldn't notice. But if it's there, you are most likely going to use it or at least guide your hand along it.

In the web-world, a similar simple tool that's easy to integrate is the <label> element. The first thing I do is click on the text next to a form element to see if it is a label (just out of instinct because I'm a developer) but it's just another utility to help the user experience :)
