Yes it sure seems that way, although they bought Konfabulator about a year ago. I wonder if Google will be making in big purchases soon, maybe they will acquire Stylegala :P

I think Yahoo is very smart for making these moves. They promise to keep Konfabulator free plus they enhance their API's to be plugged into the widgets. Del.icio.us was a brilliant buy -- how nice would it be to see some convergence with these tools, if only they would buy bloglines.
