Looks like an interesting new web app for teachers. The site is built with XHTML and CSS as well.

Aren't there privacy concerns with putting student information and grades on a 3rd party website? Yeah, the site will be password protected, but I can't see many school districts going along with this.

There are always privacy concerns but a lot of school districts find this sort of thing attractive. Apple has PowerSchool which is a similar system though more in depth.

Schools have ot move forward. I think this is a necessary direction. However, the problem is that schools often go with the cheapest solutions which isn't always the best.
