While most of these are geniune rips (espeically the first). The 3rd one isn't even close in my opinion.
I have done a dozen sites with similar layouts and never seen your site before.
I would seriously consider removing the 3rd rip unless I am missing something.

As I said in my blog, the guy ripped me off for sure. As a proof try to analyze (link is on my site) the css and html code and you will see for yourself. Anyway, I don't wish to bring this discussion here. Please, feel free to make comments on my site.

Submit your web design rip-off reports to Invision-Graphics.com, and they will help you get the word out and make others aware of these individuals’ infringements, stop abusers or unethical webmasters stealing your web design.
I visit them often, and their screen captures give the user the ability to see the infringement themselves.. :)
