Ummm, actually their service just went live. And not that many people check up on Crazy Egg enough to know that. So I appreciate this comment and probably others feel the same.

they arent live yet, more like newsvine did, they are giving beta testers a run before going really live, they are asking folks o sign up and get an invitation to use untill they get all the bugs out for a real launch.
