They're all flash. The list site itself is made in flash. Do I have to say more?

So what if they're all flash. I really enjoyed some of them.

Oh and http://web.burza.hr/en was in there so not entirely flash!

1995 called they want their all Flash sites back! LOL

I just learned about web standards about a year ago so i of course hate flash and can't for the life of me fathom why people would want to use flash when you can hack the shit out of js to do 10% of what is capable in flash.

I mean who cares about an immersive experience. I mean look what i can do with standards i can put up a boxy site without using tables. And on the off chance someone is visiting me with IE 4.5, they to can enjoy reading black text on a white page.

Both flash and non-flash sites have a place on the web. To get into a debate as to the merits of one technology smacks of a lack of experience in this space period. Everyone starts out being a newbie, no sense in advertising your ignorance to the world.

lol Chris, only thing i dont like and maybe its juset me, is that you have to add an item to the dock to view it. 3 clicks to view content. silly. you should be able to click on the thumbnail and have the site pop up.

@ David B.

3 clicks to view a site?

You can double click a thumb to launch the site directly or even click on the url when the info appears after a single click.

Read the site overview, it's all there http://www.thefwa.com/?app=aboutus&id=4

You def don't have to add a site to the dock just to view it, unless I found a hack!

Sometimes rethoric clouds are judgement and actions. If David B. looked past his bias towards flash site and actually used the site he would have discovered that its actually a pretty slick site.

On a similar note if these are the best agency sites out there then I must be typing this in 1995...

Of the top of my head I can think of about five agency sites here in London which are better then them, both flash and non flash, and if I spent sometime having a look I'm sure that list would be buried by the afternoon.

@ sean, when you assume you make an 'ass' of 'u' and 'me'

before you make such ignorant comments you should do some reasearch and you would know that not only am i a fan of flash but most if not all the sites in portfolio are flash, and beyond that i just made the switch to css from creating all flash sites about a year ago.

@al i know i have read all of that and for some reason when i click on a thumb or double click on a thumb which is an unsual thing to do if you thik about how most people interact with a thumbnail gallery it doesnt launch for me, no amount of clicking on the link in the info section launches the site either. only when i add it to the dock does it launch.

i kinda figured it may just be me, but being an avid flash developer i cant understand what configue i have on that is preventing, only on that site, to view the links.
