I have to actually agree, the thumbnails lack quality and when rolled over they don't get much better, try cutting the main part of the design so the user get a little teaser, then the image won't be resized and image quality will stick to its original status.

I kind of found the gallery pop-ups annoying. Wouldn't it be nicer to click on the one you want to see larger instead of getting everyone you don't while your moving to the one you do want to see?
