ok, nice design i really like it but there is one aspect that puts me off and thats the side, you have to scroll, that not good.

2) "redesign" in this case seems to only mean making new tab-bg-graphics and an overall bg-image for the site.

wow, very impressive to replace some graphics...

p.s. it is neither a re-design nor a re-align. but a good way to get some traffic.
