Repubblica redesign

The online version of the popular italian newspaper goes css, and even though it doesn\'t validate I must admit that I like this new layout.

'bout time. the italian web industry has lagged behind in the output of web standards. sites like http://www.corriere.it/, while they've managed to break out of a horrible jumbled mess of tables, still look like a dog's breakfast. why? when there are so many talented designers and web developers in italy?
