It's not even remotely serious :). If you read through the criterias, you will see it randomly picks out a few, and that some are the same. And some are pretty funny, like: "Mentions Less is More" and "Mentions Cool Words".
I found this the other day and posted it because it was funny. The whole 2.0 thing is pretty stupid. Either you have a good website/ web app or you don't. 2.0, 3.0 doesn't matter, quality sites and products will sell and others won't.
