Couple of problems with this:
1.) The HTML that is shown differs from that to make the actual menu work - notably the inclusion of [spans] inside the [li][a] 's.
2.) Why TWO divs to wrap the [ul]? Surely you could add one of the IDs to the [ul] to cut down on at least one of these extra Divs?
It looks nice, but the active tab of about isn't wanting to load the image for some reason, until after hovering a few things?
