Anti-Valentine

Valentine's Day is like herpes: just when you think its gone for good, it rears its ugly head once more. No wonder some people prefer to call it VD. Send Anti-Valentine cards...for a change.

I bet... people look for funny instead of ... what really matters! Are we really so bored? Is love dead?

Love isnt dead Alex. I would like to think though that I dont need to be told when and what to buy for my partner. I dont have to have it rammed down my throat.

VD is just another load of crap dreamt up by the card companies.

That Wikipedia article is crap. But it's not the only crap one can read on that site. I wonder why people with no knowledge can write something like that! Valentine's Day has a long history. It's too bad though that people turn tradition into commerce. I trust this site: http://www.howstuffworks.com/valentine1.htm more than the wikipedia.

It doesnt matter whether Wikipedia is crap or not. That wasn't the point.

Saying that though the article did mention that Valentines day was included whether rightly so or not.
