Hype about Web 2.0 is making web firms neglect the basics of good design, web usability guru Jakob Nielsen has said.

Neilsen needs a new buzzword, anybody up to the task.

Certainly not web 3.0, lol. Maybe Web XX07 :) It's sort of like double-oh-seven but with less production budget :) :)

I can appreciate what he says and sometimes the data his company collects is worth while to me education as a designer and marketer, but he is extreme right of center when it comes to design and I just don't get down with extremes...
