yes. the layout is now 1/4 of a pixel narrower than it was yesterday.
Actually, there are 9 new versions of YouTube launched for Brazil, France, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and the UK.
See the Country option at the top right.
That said, I'm not 100% sure on the differences! :s
I think YouTube is changing almost everyday.
